Terms and Conditions of Participation
- Participants must be currently enrolled in high school or college and possess a valid Student ID (will be sent if selected as winners).
- Eligible participants must be between the ages of 15 and 25 years old.
- Each participant is allowed to submit multiple works.
- Participants are required to complete the registration process by visiting the registration link on the submission’s page at website sewonderlens.isi.ac.id
- The deadline for submissions in all categories is November 7th, 2023, at 11:59 PM (GMT+7).
- Registration is free of charge.
- Participants will be invited to attend the awarding ceremony.
- The winning artworks will be exhibited and showcased at “Galeri Pandeng”, one of The Federation Internationale de L’Art Photographique (FIAP) exhibition centre.
Submission Procedures for Photography Category
- Participants must read and understand all the terms and conditions.
- Participants click the photography column in the Submission page at the website.
- Participants will be directed to the submission website : spelo.artphotoindo.com
- Participants must make an account to access the system.
- Participants will first fill in their biodata in the Participant Data page. Don’t forget to save your biodata.
- Participants can upload their works in the Upload Photo page with a maximum of 4 photos each participant and the works must be appropriate with the terms and conditions.
- Participants fill in the Title (under 50 letters) and Caption (optional) at the column provided.
Submission Procedures for Film Category
- Participants must read and understand all the terms and conditions.
- Participants click the film column in the Submission page at the website.
- Participants will be directed to the submission page.
- Participants must fill in their biodata and film link (final film’s link and presskit link).
- Every link’s access must be open.
- Don’t forget to click the submit button if every column has been filled.
- Participants can only submit one work each form.
Terms and Conditions for Photography Category
- Participants may enter a competition with the theme “Lens Of Change.”
- Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 4 works.
- Photos must be in JPG/JPEG format and the file size is less than 2MB.
- Photos size must be under 1920px (vertical) & 1920px (horizontal).
- Every photo must have a title. Caption is optional.
- Participants must be able to prove the authenticity of their photos through original camera files that still contain EXIF metadata if asked by the judges. (Participants using pocket and analog cameras are required to submit photos of processed film).
- Submitted photos must be original works and should not incorporate copyrighted images or photo materials.
- Photos that are submitted should have been created within the last 3 years (counting from 2020 to 2023).
- Participants are personally responsible for any third-party claims related to photos or works submitted to the competition at any time.
- Works must not contain content related to sensitive issues such as ethnicity, religion, race, and politics, nor should they violate any laws or broadcast behavior guidelines, broadcast program standards, or depict explicit content.
- Watermarks or photo identification in any format are not allowed.
- Photo editing (color grading) is permitted solely to enhance quality; manipulating photos by adding elements and graphic designs is prohibited, and photos must be captured using a camera without AI assistance.
- Participants can use any device to produce their photos.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify photos before, during, and after judging if they are found to violate the rules related to concept creation, presentation, or the terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Film Category
- Participants can take part in the competition with the theme “Lens Of Change”
- Each participant is allowed to submit multiple works.
- Film submitted MP4 / MOV format H.264 1080p resolution.
- Maximum duration is 25 minutes.
- Participants have full distribution rights for the registered works.
- Film content is allowed to be adapted from other works while attaching copyright permission in the press kit link.
- If copyright infringement is found in the future, the work will be disqualified from the competition and the participant is responsible for solving the problem.
- Submitted film works are the work of the last 3 years (from 2020 to 2023).
- Works must not contain sensitive issues such as ethnicity, religion, race, politics, violations of the law, misguided broadcast behavior guidelines, broadcast program standards, and pornography.
- Submitted works are original works without watermarks by including English hard subtitles.
- Every work and requirement must be uploaded in the participant’s cloud drive. Participants will only attach cloud drive links at the submission form.
- Press Kit link contains at least logline, synopsys, director’s statement, film poster, trailer (if possible), director’s biography, director’s filmography, and 5 grabstills.
Copyright
- The participant must be the author and sole owner of the copyright of each photograph and film submitted.
- All photographs and films submitted must be original work of the individual submitting them.
- The winners shall also grant the right to the Sewonderlens committees to publish, display and exhibit their submitted photographs and films in its publications, brochures, and other materials as well as on its website and other online platforms. The photographs and films will be used for non-commercial purposes without payment or fee to the participants.

Additional Requirements
- The Judge and Sewonderlens Management will curate the film and decide the most deserving to win and get awards according to category. All decisions from the judge and Sewonderlens Management are final.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to all the rules and conditions in the Sewonderlens Regulations. The management reserves the right to disqualify any work that deem inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
- Copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity infringement, and lawsuits against the films included in a festival are outside Sewonderlens responsibility. Sewonderlens has the authority to cancel your work if proven guilty of copyright infringement.
- Sewonderlens reserves the right to change or replace the rules listed in the Registration Regulations.
- When the list of finalists announce, the selected films cannot be returned. Selected films must fully participate in the Awards Night; 2nd Golden Semar Awards.
